Umbro is a brand of many firsts. They were the first brand to sponsor a professional player… Denis Law. To celebrate this we wanted to give away a 1-year boot deal to amateur players around the world. We put out a call to action, selected the best applicants out of over 10’000 entries and had them attend trials at some of Umbro’s top professional clubs. The winners were picked by professional coaches and are now signed to Diamond FC, Umbro’s global ambassador team. My role was creative and art direction for the campaign.
